- The NICE Riviera PASS is non-transferable and valid only if you have filled it in (name and date of first use).
- The countdown for the period of validity starts automatically from the 1st passage in a free-access site.
- Free access to museums, sights, guided tours, services and transport is available only for the duration of validity of the Pass. During this period of validity, use of the ‘Nice le Grand Tour’ double-decker bus is unlimited, but each museum/site/guided tour/other service is accessible only once.
- The exclusive advantages are valid for one month as from the date indicated on the Pass.
- The NICE Riviera PASS cannot be exchanged, refunded in case of theft or loss, or if it is not used in part or in whole, if it is damaged or if a partner sight is exceptionally closed or unavailable.
- The Passes remain valid for a period of 2 years as from the date of purchase. They are valid, however, only in the sights listed in the Guide for the year of use.
- The Nice Convention & Visitors Bureau can in no circumstances be held responsible for:
- damage or expenses resulting from use of the Pass
- non delivery or substandard delivery of a product or service mentioned in ‘NICE Riviera PASS’ – Le Guide by one of the partner sights.
- For a purchase on the Internet with choice of withdrawal in an OTCN agency, the pass will be kept for a maximum of 3 months after the declared date of the stay.
- Lack of retraction right
In compliance with the provisions in Article L.121-20-4 of the Code de la Consommation, no retraction right is applicable to “such services as accommodation, transport, catering or leisure activities to be provided at a given date or according to preset periodicity.” Consequently, the customer has no possibility of retraction as from the date on which the order is placed.
- Purchasing the NICE Riviera PASS implies acceptance of the General Sales Conditions described above.
